Dicgesic-MR is a combination of Diclofenac Potassium, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone. These come in the form of tablets and are muscle relaxants and two pain relieving medicines. The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving the movement of muscles. Diclofenac Potassium, Paracetamol, & Chlorzoxazone tablets work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation.

Diclofenac works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase which causes pain and swelling at the injured or damaged tissue site. Paracetamol acts as a mild analgesic and antipyretic which enhances the pain relief action of Diclofenac. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant, that helps by blocking nerve impulses or pain sensations sent by the brain and causes relaxation of muscles. Thus, helps in relieving pain in the body.
